Introduction

Our REST API allows you to integrate with our platform programmatically.

Authentication

All API requests require authentication using API tokens:

Common Endpoints

Tickets

• GET /tickets - List all tickets
• POST /tickets - Create a new ticket
• GET /tickets/{id} - Get ticket details
• PUT /tickets/{id} - Update a ticket

Users

• GET /user - Get current user info
• PUT /user - Update user profile

Rate Limiting

• 1000 requests per hour for authenticated users
• 100 requests per hour for unauthenticated requests
